2023 National Night Out in Ellisville

October 3, 2023

America's Night Out Against Crime

National Night Out (NNO) is an annual community-building campaign that promotes police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie. NNO enhances the relationship between neighbors and law enforcement while bringing back a true sense of community. Neighborhoods across Ellisville, along with over 38 million neighbors across the U.S., are asked to take part in NNO, 2023.

The Ellisville Police are encouraging neighborhoods to host a location and spend the night outside getting to know their neighbors, police and city officials. The Ellisville Police Department and other public figures will make visits to hosted locations throughout the city during the event on Tuesday, October 3th from 6 pm to 9 pm.

Along with the traditional display of outdoor lights and front porch vigils, cities, towns and neighborhoods celebrate NNO with a variety of events and activities such as:

  • Block parties
  • Cookouts
  • Flashlight walks, contests
  • Outdoor movies
  • Ice cream socials
  • Games
  • Potluck

To register your neighborhood, please contact Sgt. George Corless at 636-227-7777 or Gcorless@ellisville.mo.us.
