[ARCHIVED] 2023 Election Filing



 An election will be held on Tuesday, April 4, 2023, to elect three Council Members, one (1) from each of the three Council Districts. Any Ellisville resident wishing to become a CANDIDATE FOR COUNCIL MEMBER may do so by filing an application in writing with the City Clerk, or in her absence with the City Manager, at the Ellisville City Hall, #1 Weis Avenue, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 6, 2022, and 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 27, 2022, with the following exceptions: City Hall will be closed on Friday, December 23, 2022 and Monday, December 26, 2022 to observe the holiday.


Applicants for the office of Council Member must be at least 21 years of age.  Additionally, all applicants must: (1) be a qualified voter in accordance with State Statutes; (2) be a resident of the City of Ellisville for one year preceding the election; and (3) not owe any unpaid taxes to the City of Ellisville.
