CANDIDATE FILING FOR
APRIL 2021 GENERAL ELECTION
BEGINS DECEMBER 15, 2020
Declarations of Candidacy will be accepted beginning promptly at 8:00 a.m. Tuesday, December 15, 2020. Candidates arriving prior to that time should sign the sheet that will be provided in the foyer of City Hall, please the date and time of arrival.
If there is more than one candidate for a municipal office, the order for submission of declaration of candidacy will be dictated by your position in line for filing. Your position in line will depend on the time you sign the provided sheet.
In an effort to minimize exposure to the coronavirus (Covid-19), the City of Ellisville is limiting public access to City facilities. If you arrive before 8:00 a.m., complete your information on the Candidate Sign-In Sheet located within the City Hall foyer. If you choose to wait in the warmth of your vehicle, check the “IN CAR” box on your line of the form.
NOTE: Candidates filing for office must sign the sheet in person in order to establish a position in line for filing, but may have a representative hold their position in line if the candidate has to temporarily leave City Hall grounds. Leaving and having no representative will forfeit your position in line and you will have to sign in again at a later time.
