The St. Louis County Home Improvement Program (HIP) has raised the maximum award per homeowner from $5,000 to $7,500. However, the City is still only allotted $20,000 per year for our entire community. With this new cap limit, HIP is only able to assist approximately 2.5 homeowners in our community per year. They currently have a waiting list of 46 applicants waiting to participate and at this time are no longer accepting new applications.
