Citizen Complaint Information

The Ellisville Police Department appreciates feedback from the community on the performance of our officers and staff employees. Commendations are always passed on to the employees in recognition of their service. It is also our policy to investigate allegations of misconduct by our employees or citizen complaints against them regarding our delivery of services.  

Commendations or recognition may be passed on to any supervisor, via in person contact, telephone or email. 

Complaints or allegations of misconduct may be made to any supervisor or the Command staff via email, phone or personal contact.

Complaints will be taken by all means and investigated thoroughly and may be made anonymously or followed up with contact information provided
