This year’s 4th of July Celebration in Bluebird Park is being scaled down due to COVID-19 restrictions. Different from previous years, there will be no shuttle buses, food vendors or inflatables. You are welcome to bring your own food and drink, but no glass bottles please. The amphitheater will be set up with socially distant places to sit. Masks are required while walking.
Attendance will be limited to Ellisville residents with a parking pass. (1 per household)
200 parking passes will be available for Ellisville residents on a first come first served basis. (This includes people that need accessible parking due to a disability) Total attendance will be limited to 600 people
Parking passes will be available on the City of Ellisville website beginning Friday, June 18 at 9:00 a.m. or in person at the Parks Administration Building in Bluebird Park, 225 Kiefer Creek Road. To register for your parking pass on-line, go to: https://ellisville.recdesk.com/Community/Home before June 18 and set-up a log-in so that you are ready to reserve a parking space on June 18. If you register for your parking pass on-line, it will be available for pick up at the Park Office, 225 Kiefer Creek Road, Monday – Friday 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
The screening process is as follows:
Ask each individual if they have experienced any of the following new or worsening symptoms within the past 24 hours:
Fever (temperature greater than 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit)
Shortness of breath or trouble breathing
Sore throat, different than your seasonal allergies
Loss of smell and/or taste
Diarrhea or vomiting
Ask if they have a close contact who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 in the past 2 weeks.
