High Intensity Interval Training (Outdoor Workout)
Challenge yourself with this cardio / strength (full-body) workout. We use the hills, bleachers, tennis courts, and trails as you move your way around the park. This high intensity program is designed to burn calories and build muscle at the same time.

Location:  Tennis Courts, Bluebird Park
