Challenge yourself with this cardio / strength (full-body) workout. We use the hills, bleachers, tennis courts, and trails as you move your way around the park. This high intensity program is designed to burn calories and build muscle at the same time. ALL fitness levels welcome. FIRST CLASS IS ALWAYS FREE! Come check it out!

Session 5: August 1 - August 24       $100 or $15 Drop-In
