Meeting Room Rentals

The Park Administration Center has equipment to meet your needs whether it be a meeting or training seminar. All rentals include set up and take down, tables, chairs, screen, overhead projector and easel. Please note that these rooms can be divided into 2 rooms or 1 large room.

Please Note: There is an additional fee assessed for each hour beyond the normal operating hours. Normal working hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. $20 per hour for residents and resident corporate businesses with $30 per hour for non-residents and non-resident corporate businesses. Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the reservation date will receive a full refund. If the reservation is made less than 30 days prior to the reservation date, there will be no refunds given. To make a room reservation, contact park staff at 636-227-7508.
